Pour le glaçage:

8 oz de fromage à la crème, température ambiante
4 cuillères à soupe de beurre non salé, température ambiante
1 cuillère à café d’extrait de vanille
1 cuillère à soupe de jus de lime (ou plus au goût)
le zeste d’un citron vert
1 1/2 c. À soupe de mélanges Steviva (ou double pour l’érythritol granulé)

Facultatif : sel en flocons (

————— LA PRÉPARATION —————

Préchauffer le four à 180 degrés et pràparer un mini moule à muffins de 12 pièces

Dans un bol, utilisez un fouet pour mélanger tous les ingrédients du cupcake

Versez la pâte (épaisse) dans chaque moule à environ 75%

Mettez au four environ 10 minutes ou jusqu’à ce que le dessus soit doré.

Retirez les cupcakes du four et laissez refroidir complètement (vous ne voulez pas que votre glaçage fonde!)

Dans un bol, utilisez un fouet pour mélanger tous les ingrédients du glaçage SAUF le sel, en commençant par le fromage à la crème, puis le beurre, puis en ajoutant le reste. Bien mélanger, ce qui aidera l’édulcorant à absorber.

Enfin, versez le glaçage dans une poche à douille avec une pointe, ou si vous n’en avez pas, versez-le dans un ziplock en plastique, puis coupez la pointe du coin du sac pour étaler la garniture uniformément sur chaque cupcake.

Placer au moins une heure au réfrigérateur. Ils sont meilleurs lorsqu’ils sont froids.
