Welcome to my Keto Cooking Channel, I upload delicious and easy keto dishes 4 times a week. Today in honor of my vacation to Cape Cod I am making a fish recipe and celebrating my International Keto days, where I bring you the best keto recipes from different countries around the world. Today’s recipe is from Ecuador and it only takes 7 ingredients. We are making a delicious Keto Fish Ceviche. You will expand your palate and delight all your senses. It is easy, satisfying and delicious.

Servings: 2
Total Net Carbs per serving: 9.5 grams

INGREDIENTS:
-1lb. white fish (Halibut, Cod, Tilapia)
-juice of 8 limes, 5.5oz. of juice
-Medium tomato, 5oz.
-1/4 of a large onion
-a small cilantro bunch
-2 tbsp. Yellow Mustard
-2 cups of water to dissolve the mustard
-4 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-2.5-3 tsp salt
-a pinch fresh ground pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:
-Salt the fish and submerge it into a bowl with the lime juice and let it sit in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours minimum.
-Mix the mustard with the water and add to the fish and lime mixture.
-Add remaining vegetables, olive oil and pinch of fresh ground pepper. Enjoy!
