Serves 4

Ingredients:

4 boneless chicken breasts or thighs
1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
1 teaspoon salt- (REAL SALT LINK)
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried Basil
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 425F/220C. In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper until combined.
Lightly coat the chicken breasts in olive oil, and then generously rub the spice mix on both sides of the chicken.
Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish and cook for 20-25 minutes
