Here’s one of the Keto friendly recipe I cooked. This is adobong Saluyot with egg. Saluyot is a green leafy vegetable and you can find it in any tropical countries. This is so easy to make and very affordable.
Ingredients:
– saluyot leaves
-onion
-garlic
-oil
-soysauce
-vinegar
-oyster sauce (optional)
-little bit of water.
-hard boiled eggs

Steps:
1. Put oil in a pan.
2. Saute garlic till golden brown.
3. Add the onion till caramelized.
4. Add the Saluyot leaves.
5. Put soysauce and oyster sauce.
6. Add a little bit of water.
7. Put vinegar.
8. Add hard boiled eggs.
