Air Fryer 380F 5mins Turn Fish Over 380F 3mins. (Spray Basket with Oil)
Traditional Oven 400F 10mins Turn Fish Over 400F 5-10mins. (Spray Tray with Oil)

Water Bath – 5 tbsp Lemon Juice to 3 cups of water. Soak fish for 15mins

Marinade – Refrigerate 4-12 hours
2 cups Heavy Cream

1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Paprika
1 tbsp Tuermeric
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce

After 4-12 hours Remove some of the Marinade with paper towel.
