Awesome Avocado

· 1 large hass avocado
· 1 tbsp sriracha
· 1 tsp everything but the trader Joe’s seasoning
· ½ of a lime juiced
· Maldon salt to taste

1.) Split avocado in half, remove the seed, and place in small bowl.
2.) Cut a lime in half and juice the lime over the avocado.
3.) Sprinkle with maldon salt, everything but the trader Joe’s seasoning and sriracha.
4.) Enjoy!

Meat Fest

· 3 slices dry coppa 1 oz
· 2 slices prosciutto 1 oz
· 3 slices dry genoa salami 1 oz
· 3 slices pepperoni 1 oz
· 2 slices pancetta 1 oz

1.) Using a food scale measure out each cured meat.
2.) Place everything on a board or in an airtight container and enjoy!

Cheesy Poofs

· 8 oz Parmesan rinds
· Maldon salt to taste

1.) Place a cutting board down with a wet paper towel underneath.
2.) Using a sharp knife, cut the Parmesan into small symmetrical sized pieces about a ¼”x ¼” and place on a microwave safe plate evenly spaced out.
3.) Place in microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds and remove from microwave, salt immediately, and let cool to room temp.
4.) Once cool, remove from plate and enjoy!
