21 Day Keto Challenge Results
Started the Keto diet at 231.4 lbs. I now weigh 215.4. Thats a 16 lbs loss. I am super happy about that!
6 to 8 ounces of coffee, 2 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream, 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, and 1 teaspoon of stevia.
