A couple of quick corrections! For the vanilla mug cake, 1 tablespoon of coconut flour is 7 g, not 14 g; for the chocolate one, 2 teaspoons coconut flour is 5 g, not 10! Accuracy is important to me, but I struggle with the metric system at times, like most people in the US.
I checked out a LOT of so-called “keto” mug cake recipes in a variety of blogs and on some YouTube channels and I have to say I’m unimpressed. These recipes, I developed from others I found while researching–changed a few things in them, lowered the calories and often the net carbs and then CORRECTED THEIR MACROS!
