OMAD (Intermittent Fasting) & Low Carb Diet Journey! Why I started this channel for Weight Loss…
I’m starting my OMAD journey and low carb diet (intermittent fasting) journey because I need some support with my over 40 weight loss journey (and reversing several medical diagnoses) and thought that I could help others in the process by sharing my experience! 💙

💙Age 43
💙5’6.5″ tall
💙214lb. starting weight
💙138lb. goal weight

At age 43, I have some health conditions to reverse, pronto!
💙I have high blood sugar! This includes insulin resistance, which is also known as metabolic syndrome. I have prediabetes (high HbA1c), and high glucose readings indicative of Type 2 Diabetes.
💙I also have a slightly Fatty Liver, which can turn into Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) if not reversed.
💙I also have ovarian cysts diagnosed as PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome).
💙I also have has low thyroid function diagnosed as hypothyroidism for the past 20 years.

💙💙💙All of these can be significantly improved and even reversed with lifestyle changes and losing weight💙💙💙

I plan to use these main methods for weight loss:
💙Low Carb Diet – Keto! This is also know as a low carb diet or a low carb high fat diet.
💙OMAD (Intermittent Fasting (IF))! There are different types of intermittent fasts including one meal a day (OMAD) and alternate day fasting.
💙Women’s Heath & Hormonal Imbalance Rebalancing! It’s very important that women use intermittent fasting to best support what the body needs as it enters perimenopause and menopause.
💙Walking for weight loss is one of the best types of exercise to correspond with both keto and intermittent fasting as it doesn’t stress they body out and shoot up cortisol levels.
